Operator Week 2
I hadn't done GC4 since Covid started, I don't think, and it tore me up. Minimum sets today for sure--but I should also do GC4 more often.

GC4, 50s (easy week)
But I tried something new with GC4, subbing in back squats @ 205 for the swings. I'm seriously considering, for my next block, running Fighter for MS and doing this new GC4 every week to replace the 3rd day of MS on Operator.
