Note: feeling better today, everything moved well, especially the WPU. Sandbag carry was great, didn’t put it down once, this has happened a number of times now, I may use a heavier bag for a smaller time frame intermittently for carries. Good session.

Note: Now that, was a challenging session. I don’t know why I’ve never done Buffalo laps before but wow, that did not disappoint. Well, that’s the end of the block, will take a back off week this week coming, am enjoying the direction training in right now, body is responding really well, and it’s been fun. Will look to get more skating in, once restrictions over here ease.
