2 rounds kneeling ab wheel rollouts
Shoulder complex 2.5kg
I am keeping things light at the moment in terms of training volume. Sleep has been compromised due to my son being sick. I usually get whatever he has so some downtime might be on the way. If I feel good I will get a short HIC in tomorrow before 1 more strength and hopefully an LSS to finish the week.

I just did the bare minimum today to tick some boxes. I am just trying to progress something training wise whilst dealing with things in others areas of life. I still might try and squeeze an easy run in tomorrow with a day off. Things should settle back down in the next week or so. I will be dropping the bench press after this cycle and subbing in either dips or over head press just to give my shoulders a rest as I am getting a few niggles.
