I think GM is more flexible and better for recovery… You can choose just one Specialty movement for every training session and/or add some prehab/conditioning..

Very true. Running two blocks of GM would also make sense due do the A B A B setup, so weeks 1/3/5 have you squatting twice a week and 2/4/6 with the DL, it balances out, you’re right about recovery, particularly without having to peak.
