Op I/A Day 3
For this block I switched back to OHP after doing BP for a few months (at least?), and I set the weight too high so I'm going to do 155 for next 'week' as well. I've also switched to FS from BS and dropped my weights overall in the hope of dropping some bulk. I've got fat to lose, but also, squatting 405 for Week 3 work, without a belt, at 45 years old, was giving me some serious 'powerlifter's gut.'
