Note: squats were a little off up until the last set, so I stuck with the minimum and went with a belt as a precautionary, all achievable reps/sets. Last set went well, last rep was actually the best of the morning.
OHP was a bit sticky on the 5th rep of each set but still doable.
WPU was flying. Depending on how today goes and after seeing what is in store tomorrow course wise will determine if I take a flex day tomorrow or not.
Not a bad start to the day.

Medium heavy bag 10 mins
Note: felt good across the board, leading with the shoulders is one of the best cues while pushing from the floor, definitely noticing the improvements. Added a filler bag to my medium bag which added a bit more thickness and weight, definitely noticed it, but still manageable, I think I only put it down twice. Anyway good session and a lot of good fights on today.
