HIC: Fobbits, 32kg swing, 24kg snatch.
Didn't hit a 4th set of swings tonight. Bummer. Been feeling tired/fatigued all of this week and I haven't been sleeping well.

Off.
Woke up this morning and had some wrist pain. It's on the back of the wrist when extending the wrist back. Didn't notice anything off with it yesterday. It didn't bother me otherwise during the day. We'll see how it feels tomorrow.

HIC: Standard Issue Hills x 7. 45 seconds up, walk down, 5 minute RI.
It was pushing 97* F when I drove up to my normal hill this afternoon so I opted for a lengthier RI than normal today. The wrist is still a little sore but definitely improved over yesterday. /shrug

Off, but I ended up rucking with my twins. They were super into it today so we did 3 miles each, 6 miles total in about 2 hours. Wrist feels completely fine now, too.

MS: Fighter week 3, day 1. Feeling really strong today. Everything moved perfectly. No problems from the wrist.
