Note: was feeling too good to not start BB, but at the same time, and I don’t know if this an age thing or not, but I find I stiffen up too much when I’m not training nowadays, but I also put this partly down to living in a place that has a winter. Anyway, happy to kick of the BB standard block.

Note: mainly rail practice, easiest way to avoid the crowds at the park. A lot of fun though, I think I’ll invest more time at it. So good to get out for a roll.

Recovery Day
Note: I will combine SE and E tomorrow morning, SE as per my cluster and E will be on the airbike. So basically each week will have 2 E sessions running and one in the bike. Or I’ll do a combination session or look to mix the pool in, just depends on the life schedule. Now just looking forward to all the fight action later today.
