Note: switched rollouts for leg raises, only as my neck for some reason felt a bit tight after the least couple of sessions, perhaps it’s a bit much when combined with everything else in the circuit. Anyways, everything felt pretty good, SE is pretty much HIC by the end of each circuit lol.
As I have skating in the mix, I’ll only run once a week, just to make sure I’m not overdoing it on the legs volume wise.
I’ve had knee issues in my younger days from overdoing it that I don’t care to revisit and a knee sprain (mcl) last year that I don’t want to reaggravate (I still do rehab work specifically for it as a part of my warm ups) I’m going to take the precaution just to be sure. Gotta look after them joints.
