Walking DB Lunges (2x10kg db’s)

Push Ups

Lying Leg Raises

Lying BW Rows

Band Good Mornings

2x40

No rest between exercises
2 mins rest between circuits

Then

LSS Airbike

50 mins

Average HR 129bpm

Max HR 147bpm

Note: switched rollouts for leg raises, only as my neck for some reason felt a bit tight after the least couple of sessions, perhaps it’s a bit much when combined with everything else in the circuit. Anyways, everything felt pretty good, SE is pretty much HIC by the end of each circuit lol.
As I have skating in the mix, I’ll only run once a week, just to make sure I’m not overdoing it on the legs volume wise.
I’ve had knee issues in my younger days from overdoing it that I don’t care to revisit and a knee sprain (mcl) last year that I don’t want to reaggravate (I still do rehab work specifically for it as a part of my warm ups) I’m going to take the precaution just to be sure. Gotta look after them joints.

Note: not a bad run for the late afternoon. Minimal sleep, little one is a bit sick atm…. So no one sleeps lol. Legs are feeling pretty light. And glad the weather is getting warmer.

Note: no rest between exercises, the good mornings may need to be swapped out with lying back extensions for the 3x50s, 1 set is doable, 3 might cost me recovery wise for other activities. Not a bad start to week 4 bb.
