Decided to see how close I have been with my RIR rating by doing an AMRAP set as my final set on bench and deadlift. I am pretty sure I have been undershooting RIR for my bench, Deadlift, deficit trap bar deadlift work.
Deadlift 2x3 (1x6 AMRAP) 267.5lb would've been 3RIR if done as 3x3
Bench press 3x5 (1x10 AMRAP) 135lb would've been 5RIR if done as 4x5
Barbell row 4x8 125lb 1RIR

Deadlift. 2x3 1x4(AMRAP) 282.5lb 1RIR at 3x3
Bench Press 4x5 142.5lb @ 1RIR
Barbell row 4x8 130lb @ 1RIR
Deadlifts felt grindy as all hell but I was able to maintain sound form. I shouldn't be surprised by this due to the 15lb weight jump in one week.
bar speed on Bench press was slowing down significantly after the 3-4th rep of each set.
