Note: Here we go, week 7 bb. BSQ felt solid, looked solid too, happy now after getting the rust out last week movement wise. WD was all good, WPU a little slow, but last set ended up being the best set overall. On the back end now. All things going well, 600s should be on the cards tomorrow.

Note: took the full 5 mins between each interval. Pretty happy to keep the times close to each other, every time I thought I was moving quicker by 5 seconds it ended up being 1 second quicker/slower or the same time lol. Good to be consistent.
