I've been running GM with modest weights and it feels pretty great. More lifting than Operator but not soul-crushing.

Short Hills x30
Did it on the treadmill, turned up the incline, 10 seconds on and 30 seconds rest. And yes I definitely turned down the difficulty a few times as I got deeper into the reps.

Same thing as Sunday except I didn't turn down the difficulty as it went along. I think I like this--with higher reps it ends up being about 20 minutes of "my heart's going crazy but I'm not collapsing."
