Note: moved well despite a little soreness from yesterdays session. I plan on spreading the strength days out more, just with how this week is it made sense to set the second MS day on day 3. All things going well, Apex will make its grand return lol.

Note: felt so good to hit the hill again. Started from a little further down than usual and still managed to maintain low 30s for the sprint. Swings felt good, was a fun start to the day.
