Grey Man Week 3 Day 2
But I did the peaking techniques from Mass, as a little Xmas present to myself. Did DL+ up to 565 x1 and OHP AMRAP for 155 x12. Felt very good. Gonna do it with SQ and Bench on Wednesday.
Also the DLing tore my hands UP and I definitely won't be swinging a bell tomorrow.

Did AMRAP with squat and bench today, from Mass. Going to take a week or so off for Xmas.
