I've heard that recovery from Covid is a beast. Way to keep at it. Just take it slow.

First real TB block after covid recovery is done. Very humble TM and baby conditioning. And yet I still struggle. Taking few days off and starting another block with same structure and TM. I will try to add sets slowly. I wanted to hit my baseline by new year's eve but it is not happening. Taking baby steps.

Even though it’s only small steps for you right now it’s good to see that you’re bouncing back regardless. All the best for the next block leading into the new year.
