DB Fat Grip Farmers Carry/Farmers Carry
Carry until just short of failure, take the grips off, pick the db’s up, keep going until short of hand failure.

Note: Gripsmas eve done and dusted. Had to keep the WPU to 3 sets as they were feeling pretty sticky today, everything else was all good. Early start for bbq prep, am looking forward to the Christmas feast.

Note: prior to this, as a part of my warm up I started using the knees over toes guys “zero” program. Like with anything new i’m skeptical and don’t believe there’s a silver bullet for anything, I just want to see if there’s any good benefit, particularly with my left knee, which, though nearly 100% better since the mcl sprain last year, Im looking to see if it helps with the last little bit of niggle that I get every now and again.
Anyway, I’ll reserve my judgment for later on down the track.
Plus, I have already picked up a couple of things that would be useful for some of my trainees at work.
As for todays MS session, everything was good, im enjoying fighter right now, particularly with the kids running around. I think a return to IA could be on the cards once work starts, but we’ll see.
