Day 39:
**Tactical Barbell Pre-Base Building**
Empty bar (45lbs) for all, except sit-ups (bodyweight only). 60s rest between each set.
2 circuits of:
* OHP x30
* Bent-over row x30
* Squat x30
* RDL x30
* Situps x30
Pressed for time again. Another 67% "better than nothing" workout.

Yet again, only did 2 circuits instead of 3 because of time constraints. I think I'll just count this and yesterday together as W6D3 and go on from there. The lack of time is annoying, but I don't want to be spinning my wheels forever.

Re: Diary of a Desk Jockey
Sounds reasonable. Your main complaint is about time, not difficulty - your body has adapted a fair bit.

Re: Diary of a Desk Jockey
I should never say "next week will be better" because it's usually actually worse. Fortunately, *this* week is better, at least for now.
Decided to ease back into things
**Tactical Barbell Pre-Base Building**
Empty bar (45lbs) for all, except sit-ups (bodyweight only). 60s rest between each set.
3 circuits of:
* OHP x10
* Bent-over row x10
* Squat x10
* RDL x10
* Situps x10
It went fine.

Re: Diary of a Desk Jockey
Fell off the wagon for a bit there. The best time to get back in the gym was a month ago, the second best time is today.
5 min warmup walk
12 rounds of:
* 90s run
* 60s walk
Thought I would feel like crap after being out of it for so long, but it went well.
