Forced Rest Day

Note: feeling better, still have a few symptoms. Every morning I wake up hoping to be good to train lol.

But I do remember times when I jumped into training not being fully recovered. That was a disaster type of event. :lol: . Take all time you need, mate!

True lol! I’m thinking I might give myself the weekend to recover and start next week.
I’m so keen to do some conditioning too lol. My mind says yes but my body keeps giving me a resounding no :lol:

Note: this session was a little rough, I felt pretty recovered, but sweat a bit more than usual, (and a couple of other things that don’t really need to be detailed lol) albeit a warm day, not feeling too bad afterward. Threw the leg raises in after the rollouts, I’m thinking it could be good to work a bit of flexion after the anti extension work from the rollouts. Just a random thought I had after the rollouts. I’ll restart the 80% week with today being day 1. Will see how things go conditioning wise tomorrow.

Note: feeling better, still have some lingering effects from this cold/virus, but it’s clearing more each day, hasn’t gotten worse with training which is a positive. Getting there.
