How good is this indoor session. In the past I’ve worked with a 400m conversion on the Airbike which is 24 Cals. 2 mins would have been a burner for sure! Go team jelly legs!

Actually, I didn’t go max effort on Airdyne, just about 80%. But yes, it was a burner.. Buffalo Laps is a great drill..
