Why "Meat-Eater"?
Why "Meat-Eater"?
Is there some sort of meaning behind the term "Meat-Eater".......?
Re: Why "Meat-Eater"?
I've had the same question after I read the book. I've run it for one block. I don't have that question anymore.

Why? Well, why not?
Probably because it's one of those workouts that chews you up and spits you out.

There was a pretty interesting discussion of the meetings of the names for the HIC drills in TB2 on the Reddit forum (though I'm too lazy to go dig it up). I'm sure the military folks had a lot of laughs at us dumb civilians as we made silly guesses!

From Urban Dictionary:
A meat eater is a confirmed killer. Usually used in the military.
"Steer clear of the Seals and Force Recon, they're meat eaters"
