E Session: 4 mile ruck @ 20M/mile pace with 35lbs of crap and tools along with 1hr of clearing birch blowdowns with a ax at the end.

i always thought that high rep squats(8-14) sucked; they don't when compared to doing sets of 6@ 80% mentally and physically it feels easier to to do the former even if RIR is equated.
