Fighter Week 2
Hey Bark,
I was on about week 2 of a normal BB when the new book came out (except I was using standard Fighter for strength training instead of the as-written SE days). Then when I saw the new Capacity, I was like, "yeah, let's try that," except I've continued to use Fighter (the new Fighter, now) and the 'more running' version. So I'm near the end of week 5, total, of this LSS + Fighter BB thing.
Now, I had been planning on doing the full 12 weeks as laid out in GP, but then someone on the sub-Reddit posted an old quote from KB along the lines of "If you're over 40 and training for health and strength, you shouldn't be running all the time; train for your goals and what's right for your situation." So with that in mind, I might continue this for another 3 weeks, then do a version of that last 3 weeks of the standard BB template from TB2. But we'll see.
