Block#55 Capacity (Bark BB)

Week#5, Thursday

LSS
Running, 60 min
Average HR - 146 bpm
Average pace - 9:48 min/mi
Average cadence - 71
Distance - 6.12 mi

Notes
*Yeah!! Hit the benchmark! I think I am officially ready for continuation. Taking it easy for the rest of the block.
**I tweaked my peck muscle with all this OA PU rolling. Switching to OA KB OHP for the moment. It might change my choice for continuation block but it is a couple weeks away. Will see.

Abbreviated BB/Capacity block is done. Into deload week now. Following by either I/Cat or Hybrid continuation. Depends on my peck muscle recovery and feeling overall.

Week#1, Sunday

Hiking
Easy hike, 1 hr.

Basically, walked around local hilly woods in searching of a trail for CHR. Couldn’t find real one. I guess I can use some steady hill trail for going up-n-down for time. Not perfect but doable. Also, almost all my LSS are done on the asphalt road. It was nice to feel real ground under my feet for a change. I think I should take all my runs into woods. On the other hands hilly woods are perfect for FK, 2/1 run, and MR. I will definitely give it a try.

Now I am feeling itchy to drop ZULU part and go to Hybrid…

Got cheap membership for local gym with olympic swimming pool. Will be doing some swimming this summer and fall. More like getting back to it for me as I have done a lot of swimming in my youth..
