Freestyle Jump Rope
5x3min rounds
Last 30 seconds a sprint or double under variation in place
10 clap push ups after each interval

Finisher
100 Deadball Slams (6kg)

Note: am feeling so much lighter on the feet, really enjoying the rope routines. Tomorrow will either be an LSS style session or a flex rest day.

FSQ
72kg 3x5

OHP
52kg 3x5

Ramp Rollouts
3rd Notch 3x5

WPU
12kg 3x5

Sandbag Carry
10 mins

Note: not too bad a session, carrying some form of other cold at the moment, mainly just a bit tired from it, that and I have a sick little one at home as well, seems to be the season for it. This being said, the squat rust is gone, moved very well today, OHP was a little sticky still but it’s on its way back, everything else was good, even the carry felt pretty strong until the last few minutes, already starting to feel a bit more “loose” running fighter.

Rest Day

Note: forcing this one due to a cold that’s still having lingering effects and the fact I was up all night and have a pretty full on day ahead lol, this is like life’s own version of snake eaters delight right now haha. All good though, will see how things unfold for tomorrow.

Rest Day

Note: Yep, cold symptoms worsened, pretty sure I’ve picked up what the little one had. Might try and get to the sauna today and try to sweat it out. At least I got 2 MS a LSS and a GPP in this week. I want to push it and hit hills anyways but I don’t think my body would react positively afterwards.

Rest Day

Note: went out for massage chair and sauna last night, then magnesium bath and mobility work today at home, plus all the vitamins, leaving no stone unturned to get rid of this cold lol. It’s definitely easing off, should be good to go by tomorrow. Otherwise it’s family and UFC time today.

Rest Day

Note: so maybe I was being a bit too optimistic lol. Still a bit light headed and lethargic, with a bit of a cough, will see what tomorrow brings.

Rest Day

Note: getting better but still off, may need to reconsider re starting the block, maybe, or, maybe it’s time to consider a detour option.

Cheers!
You’re not wrong, I’ve noticed so many people with cold issues at the moment. All the rain where I am probably isn’t helping either.

I was considering going a Ross customized program route or a BB option.
