I had to stop 3 weeks for a minor surgery (a mole removal), today I resumed my training:

Back Squat 5x5 110kg
Weighted Dips 50 reps w/10kg Vest
Weighted Pull Ups 50 reps w/10kg Vest

Time to complete Dips+Pull Ups: 33min

Time to complete Dips+Pull Ups: 32min

I’m experimenting with Density Training for my Pull Ups and Dips…when I’ll complete 50 reps in 20 minutes I’ll up the weights
