Saturday 7/2
Grey Man W1D1

I was looking through the Mass book and decided to adapt the Bulgarian cluster from Alpha to Grey Man. So I ended up with the below.

Squat (M), 295
Bench (M), 205
Squat (S), 205
Bench (S), 165
BW PUs x6

Monday 7/4
GM W1D2

DL (M), 365
OHP (M), 135
Front Squat (S), 135
OHP (S), 95
PUs x6

Note: Should probably do 115 for the OHP S's next week. This was a little light.

Will be interested to see if you find the Bulgarian to be easier or harder than other clusters. Will bet on easier.

Well, so far it's been harder because all that back squatting on day one wrecked my legs pretty good. In the past I'd been doing 'pullups and front squats every time' for my S work, and then the last block I added some arm work. I have to admit, though, that the idea of not doing high rep front squats every time I lift is pretty appealing.
