Another testing day.
CGBP 1x1 185lbs; i lost 10lbs of strength over 16 weeks which sucks but ultimately it is because of my bullheadedness so i can't really blame anyone but myself
Highbar SQ 1x1 255lbs; 10lbs Pr which is nice.
I am so fatigued it's not even funny anymore(in a masochistic way it kinda was at first.) I hate to admit it but I think these 50-hour work weeks with 4-5hrs of sleep/night are finally catching up with me.
it's hard to think of starting GP or BB right now even though now would be the time considering the weather is nice.

things felt good today which is odd considering i had a tension headache last night.
