HBBSQ
80kg 3x5

WD
55kg 1x1
60kg 1x0

WPU
12kg 3x6

PM

Ramp Rollouts
4th notch 2x5 1x2 second pauses x5

Wrist Roller
15kg 3x5 each way

Banded Neck Raises
3x10 all directions

Note: not a bad day at all. I missed the 60kg dip, my setup wasn’t quite right balance wise so I left it as opposed to trying to force my way up. I might use the 50kg plate next time so I have more space to work with on the setup. Everything else went really well, can’t complain at all.

TBDL
187kg 1x1

WD
25kg 3x5

WPU
12kg 3x6

PM

Ramp Rollouts
3rd notch 3x3

Plank and Shank
20kg 3x1 min each continuous

Note: so I discovered today that the bar I use at work is 5kg heavier than I thought it was, so basically I need to add 5kg to TBDL lifts from the last little while with the exception of today lol.
Feeling pretty good, this is the halfway point of the Op phase of the Hybrid template. Really starting to enjoy it. I think I will continue with Op pro over the remaining few weeks.

It’s interesting how psychological factor rules you. I remember getting custom trap bar that was 10 lb less comparing to the regular bars. I forgot that when did the setup. Everything felt reasonably heavy. Then I used regular bar and didn’t notice the difference.. Another time I used SSB that was 10 lb heavier. Same s**t.. I would guess I can lift much heavier using this type of deception.. Who knows his own limitations..

That is a very good point! I was really surprised when I found out the weight of the bar, felt slightly better about my lifting too, at least with the DL.
Funny how these things can work from a psychological point of view.

Skate
A couple of hours

Note: paced myself a lot and didn’t go too crazy, just as I haven’t been as consistent as I would like skating wise for a while. I’m doing my best to get out once or twice a week, and just accepting life as it is right now, can’t really fight it, hopefully more consistency is on the cards now.
