Rest Day

Note: it seems my erectors are a bit bound up still, it might be time for the yearly base building, lay off anything that’s heavy for a while. Given how life is for the foreseeable future, perhaps a regular bb every 6 months might be worth considering.
I’ve been doing winter BB and summer BB (same year) for a while. Always custom. I love that. It gives me opportunity to have fun..

We do regularly seem to match up on these mate :D
I don't get the chance to follow logs much anymore, but I should just check in on your log to see when to do my next base build.

True! I personally enjoy the regular base build, I never used to the first time I did it, I do look forward to running it nowadays. Perhaps twice a year will be better for fun and longevity.

I’ve noticed you, Bark and myself have matched up a bit training wise over the years lol. I might do twice yearly base building just to ensure a bit of “freshness”. Bu yes please feel free to check in for base build timing updates haha.

Rest Day

Note: hips, low back and erectors are really easing off now, didn’t realize how bound up I was, glad I took the early deload. BB is definitely the wise choice coming up.
