3x30 on everything (15 p/s on unilateral exercises)

Note: knees a little achy later on in the evening, perhaps there’s too much volume with the push presses, lunges and goblets. I might just cut the push press and goblet squats and use walking lunges instead. Maybe banded tricep extensions could be an inclusion.

Anyway, not a bad session to start week 2 otherwise. LSS tomorrow. Am enjoying BB.

Note: adjusted the cluster, wasn’t recovering as well as I would have liked between sessions. This should alleviate the slight knee issue with the reduced volume on the legs.
