My very 1st Black OP is officially done!
Lessons are learned, mistakes are made, progress is achieved, and it feels damn good!

What is next?
- Taking week off. Gotta to think about my next cluster and get lazy.
- I will do test session for different moves in a few days.
- I am staying with Black OP.
- I am going to keep 2 HIC/week.
- Keeping E sessions with 30min limit every other week (optional).

Possible plan is:
1. "Sub" OP cluster with "secondary" exercises for 6 weeks.
2. Week off.
3. "Main" cluster with "main" lifts for 12 weeks.

It is time to eat and think now

Well done matey.

Time to reflect, move a bit and enjoy a wee bit of downtime [not too much though, keep moving, even if it's low level stuff]

Cool things happen when you finish a program eh? Not a lot of people can follow a program right through to it's conclusion..... good effort.
Have a great one
