Week#1, Friday

Testing
Did some testing after having SE block and rest week. Not too bad overall but I might need to drop TM a little. Another option is to play with numbers. Meaning starting low and increasing some weight along the way. It would make sense for secondary movements for sure. And another thought is to run easy Fighter HT as a preparation for Zulu HT. Will see. Starting next week.

I got real DOMS with doing 10 reps squat after SE block and deload. And I don't get DOMS with TB.. Surprised.. Taking extra day off :evil:
