Probably best to keep that minimal effective dose with your other training and work commitments.

Speaking of Muay Thai, have you seen teep Muay Thai on Instagram, that guy is hilarious!

That does sound a bit fiddly with gga, I might have to look into their podcast at some point.

DOMS was an absolute killer today so just the bare minimums. Not sure if it was the bulgarians or DB snatches but my hamstrings and glutes are cooked. NO BJJ tonight due to it not being able to use my legs. The depth on today's bulgarians was pretty suspect.

Hopefully I will recover enough to train tomorrow evening at BJJ and enough to do intervals on Friday+ another BJJ session.
