Some easy lifting. I'm switching to back squats after maybe 3-4 months of front squats, too.

Okay, not gonna lie, I'd decided to do C-CAT (with a few extra sets of lifting). But then today I just felt really weak while I was lifting, especially on the deadlift set. So I decided to be honest with myself and do what feels more natural (since I'm recreational and I'm doing this for health, plus I'm in my late 40s now). So I'm going to call today the first day of Op I/A and run normal Black Pro style conditioning with it.

I just want to say that the fact that your 75% squat is 275 is awesome! Not to mention the other lifts.
