Universe is our friend ! I think I stay with OP I/A for a few month enjoying conditioning drills that I miss. Probably, BB around summer time following by some of the MASS templates around fall. Or another round of I/CAT starting late fall. Something like that. Oh.. I forgot to mention my desire to do some of the Ross’s drills. *OP I/A wins. It always does. Just realized that it's been a while since I did OP I/A.. Well it is good to be back!
**Everything feels heavy after a month break.. I am taking it slow fir this block. Min sets, easy on conditioning. But it does feel good!
***I am dropping WPU for this block substituting with seal rows. I will be doing pullups for some conditioning drills.
