Note: slight adjustment to my squat setup with tightening my upper back into slight extension more has translated to being a bit more upright, and the quads definitely got the benefit of it. Did enjoy it. All things going well I may stick with the back squat for the year and see how things go. Test every 12 weeks or so and see what happens.
