But in my defense it is a super moto no wind protection upright position and on some busy fast roads with inner city f**e you get out my way fast filtering, with the occasional dismount and a discussion with various drivers about the merits of their driving skills and the reason they wanted to cut me up

First set was s***e, thought I would have to do negatives with holds at the bottom, went into 2nd set and that went ok same with 3rd.
OHS OLY only 2x10.. greasing the groove.
NOTE.
Knees felt sore all night occasional sharp pain, possibly from rope work will leave till Thursday. Planned interval running today but opted for the less impact option.
