Note: no time for accessories today. All lifts felt great though, I’ve been moving slow and controlled a lot with the back squats with pauses and still seem to be moving well, after another 1-2 blocks I will probably test to see where things are at. Good last MS session for the block overall. I’ll either do Apex or Airbike Apex tomorrow to finish the block.

Note: great way to finish the block. Feeling really good with this current setup. Rollouts felt brilliant, with apex the swings are coming along really well, I’ve adjusted my hinge a bit, somehow I got into a habit a while ago of not hinging as well and getting my hamstrings involved as much as they should be. Over this block that problem has been solved and I’m back to swinging how I used to, I’m pretty happy with that.
A week off now and I’ll probably stick with OP/IA unless I feel like giving op pro a run at the end of the week.
