I hate program hopping but I am going to ditch Bromley's dup program, while it has been fun its also getting warmer so i would rather train more than 3 times a week and i really wanna focus on driving my deadlift up. So i am gonna start doing Simple Jack'd and deadlifting/benching 6 days a week. I am really interested in seeing how this works out. worst case scenario go back to good old operator or fighter.

ConDL 2x3 @ 305lbs i just hit the minimums on deads today i am gonna ease myself into this daily deadlifting arrangement.

1.5" Deficit Deadlifts 12-8-10-10 245lbs I forgot how much deficit deads suck my erectors are feeling it but its good.
