Note: not a bad day at all training wise. I have noticed that the hamstrings aren’t recovering as well as I’d like from the GHRs earlier in the week, so might opt for treating it like a DL with a 1 set per week option and see if that helps a little. Just trying to make adjustments for best overall recovery. Otherwise, everything today went pretty well.

Rest Day
Note: just balancing things out with the op/ia flex days. Still making small adjustments, and working on other things, better sleep, meditation and a few other things, scaling back on volume across the board, going for regular walks, all to improve recovery. Feeling pretty good generally so it’s all slowly coming together, particularly while going through a good number of other things atm. And now to bbq some chicken wings….
