Day 133:
First workout after my surgery. Doctor told me to "ease into it", so I figure I'll start light an LP up, then base my training max on where I end up when the LP stalls.
Bent-over row: 3x5, 25lb
Squat: 3x5, 25lb
OHP: 3x5, 25lb
Very easy.
