Block is done. Kept it at minimum this time around. Not too bad considering recovering from covid. Still low energy, though. I think I need to run next one at the same level. Will see. Into time off now.

*I can really have a short deload if I keep everything at minimum. Just a couple days are enough. Nice discovery. Having 3 sets for lifting and moderate effort for conditioning keeps you fresh and moving constantly without burning out.
**Added 2.5lb-5lb to the numbers. Works for me.
