ConDL 4-3@345lbs
3"Block Pulls 1EMOM For 7 minutes 1x3 @340lbs
Recap of Simple Jack'd DLED/BPED
Hit rep prs on deadlifts a lot(1x13@345lbs, 1x12@345lbs, 1x10@345lbs, 1x1 405lbs and 1x1@315lbs zercher deadlift)
Things i liked: The frequent heavy deadlifting and benching. When you are benching 180lbs for a 6 rep minimum every day or deadlifting 345lbs for at least 6 reps it seems less scary, it becomes normal and i really like that. I also like training every day .
Things i didn't like: when you are doing something this frequently you have to limit what you do, i wasn't squatting and while i didn't get much joint irritation i have a feeling that it would happen if i continued much longer. There wasn't much i didn't like about it.
End Result: E1rm of 494lbs for conventional deadlift, and 210lbs for cambered M BP. I highly doubt i could hit 494lbs but my deadlift work capacity has gone up hugely and my fear of heavyweight is a hell of a lot less.
What's on the Horizon?: Bromley's DUP i looked at operator/pro and it looked interesting, it's somewhat similar actually, the difference is Bromley has a premade spreadsheet and i have already run it.
My goals for this summer are to bring up all my lifts(especially squat) and conditioning slowly but steadily while balancing work, i want to do a program that's more balanced now.

There was a ice storm today so rucking was out, a few trees fell down on my road so i had to break out the saw which was fun.
