Note: No dip belt with me so I’m using the BOR instead this week, I may just stick with them for a little bit. I’ll lay off any heavy DLs and posterior chain work just to ensure my hip stays good. I may just run a OP/IA block with that in mind to let everything recover. Hip still felt great with the FSQ. Good session.
