Block is done.

I am entering time that requires some work related traveling. I am not sure if I am going to be able to complete whole block for couple of months. I will try and squeeze some short abbreviated blocks from now till end of June.

It might look like:
Day 1 - OP I/A 75%
Day 3 - OP I/A 75%
Day 5 - OP I/A 80%
Day 7 - OP I/A 80%
Day 9 - OP I/A 85%
Day 11 - OP I/A 85%
Getting some conditioning done in-between the lifting sessions. So it will take about 2 weeks +.

And I am planning to do BB in the summer starting late June.

Taking few days off now.

Off Training

Week#2, Saturday
E
AM
Power walk over the hills - 45 min
PM
Airbike & Rowing combo - 45 min

Notes
OK.. my plan is happily failing  I had friends coming and visiting me. My deload week was dedicated to booz, junk food, luck of sleep, and.. you know. It really gets you after 50.. Glad it is over. Now.. I have a work related travel trip in 10 days. So I guess I just keep myself moving for next week without any programming. It looks like my travel work site is about 1 hr walking from the hotel. So I will be saving money on car rent! Will see. It feels so good to exist without any traces of hangover.. Damn! 8-)
