Note: out of surgery, looks like it will be a 3 week turnaround all things going well, I’ll be reviewed around then. At least the slight hole in the belly is all sewn up now. Now for the toughest challenge, being sedentary for the next little while haha.

Thanks Bark, it feels like I have one rigid gigantic ab right now lol. It’ll be 3-4 weeks before I can lift/train properly by the sounds of it.
I think either fighter for less volume or a Zulu HT might be on the cards for the lighter percentages when I get back to it.
How are you going by the way?

I am good, thank you. Getting into couple of months of work related travels with some short breaks.. Will do some random training or can end up taking whole time off.. Not sure. Planning on starting BB in late June.. BTW, I always restart my training with BB.. Maybe you can try it too?

True! Sounds like everyone has a few things happening at the moment.
BB could be a very good idea. We may just be aligning again haha.
Realistically I might not be able to do much until the end of may or beginning of June. And I don’t mind doing bb during winter here.
