Thanks, brother. I am trying and I plan on keep going. I am having a challenging time adjusting my diet properly and sticking to eating healthy, all the time. That a part of the journey I have had a hard time with.

The whole concept of "healthy eating" is overestimated for making easy selling point. I wouldn't stress too much over it. Just be reasonable enough with you nutrition and eat to train.

I don't think that eating junk all the time will allow you to train TB style, anyway.. So you probably already eating "healthy"..

+1. This is it. Just be honest with yourself. Simply, "Am I being ridiculous right now?" For example, if I eat six tacos at 0200? Kind of ridiculous. Two tacos? No big deal. Just don't do it all the time.

You don't have to be obsessive or deprive yourself of everything. Just be accountable for your choices and don't sabotage yourself consistently.

40m LSS/E- I chose to do 30m on the bike at a steady state and 10m wailing on the heavy bag, focusing on form while having some fun with it. Another LSS/E session tomorrow. I like to try and get creative to push through it.

Tuesday, October 25th- LSS/Double for 40m

30m on a cardio machine. Kind of a weird mix of a stair stepper/treadmill type thing. It allows you to step on your own or move in a jogging/running motion which is what I did. I kept the pace that is recommended in TB2. After 30m of this, I continuously did strikes/punches/combos on the heavy bag. Excellent stress release! :D

Wednesday, October 26th- SE

Instead of my traditional SE session, I did a BJJ class tonight. Did some SE type workout during the warm up, drilled our movement, and then did three 5 minute rounds of rolling. Great class.
