Note: not a lot of sleep, didn’t really eat, had a very mentally taxing day, somehow misplaced my first interval, but somehow managed to turn it into a decent session, I’ll take the wins where I can get them. Would have been nice to get a 2.00, but I’m pretty happy with the effort, I tried so hard on that last interval too lol.

Note: will take a bit to get strength back on the rollouts so it would seem, it’s like my lower abs are re learning how to work again after the surgery but it’s getting there. Did some Speedbag work later in the day. Have been practicing a fair bit as a bit of a recovery tool post surgery, now it’s becoming a bit of a habit lol.
