I’ll take a week off from here, considering running fighter afterwards, to allow sport specific work, and I should be able to add one or two accessories here and there (GHR, rollouts, grip work) without it being too costly recovery wise. OP DUP run like IA could also work well like this.
Really enjoyed this block, it worked really well to assist recovery from surgery, look forward to my next block.
